  1. Define a clear set of values with the team. 

  2. Agree on behaviours linked to the values that everyone can sign up to. 

  3. Help people to understand their emotions and how they impact their behaviour. They set the context to have safe and supportive conversations about what is working well and what is in need of improvement.
