We use theThomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) to help you understand how well your people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships.

There are four stages to using the TEIQue: 

  1. EI Workshop 
  2. Complete the online TEIQue Assessment
  3. 1:1 feedback 

The TEIQue highlights areas of strength and pinpoints specific areas individual’s may need to work on to improve their ability to lead, manage others and build strong relationships.

The TEIQue can be used to help your leadership team:

  • Have a greater sense of self awareness
  • Understand their emotions and how they manage relationships
  • Foster engagement and loyalty
  • Employ effective communication
  • Fine tune their leadership skills

Requires 3 x 60mins coaching sessions following from the TEIQue assessment.
