We provide theThomas International Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue) to help you understand how well your people understand and manage their emotions, how well they interpret and deal with the emotions of others and how they use this knowledge to manage relationships.

There are four stages to using the TEIQue: 

  1. Attend a 2 hour EI Workshop 
  2. Complete the TEIQue Questionnaire
  3. 1:1 feedback provided 
  4. Coaching

The TEIQue will highlight areas of strength and pinpoint specific areas individual’s may need to work on to improve their ability to lead, manage others and build strong relationships.

The TEIQue can be used to help your leadership team:
