Julie Allen Consulting specialises in Employee Engagement, Emotional Intelligence, Prosocial Behaviour, Workplace Wellbeing and Strategic Planning.

Julie is an experienced Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT) Practitioner, a member of Dr. Kevin Polk’s ProSocial Mastermind Group and licenced to interpret and feedback on the Trait Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (TEIQue), based on Dr. K.V. Petrides' trait emotional intelligence theory. 

Julie has extensive experience over 20 years of supporting a variety of sectors and organisations. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, has a MSc in Business Improvement, is an approved EFQM assessor, as well as an EFQM Gold Star and Investors in Innovation advisor.
